Strategic Plan
Following the Local Government Elections in October 2024, a new RCV Committee was formed based on voting by members for a Councillor and CEO in each region. The new Committee met for a Strategic Planning Day in May 2025 and developed the RCV Strategic Plan 2025-2028. A survey of members had been completed in the month preceding the Planning Day to inform the development of the Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan was launched at the RCV Forum 2025, held in Yarrawonga (Moira Shire Council) on 1 August 2025.
Annual Reports
